Emarti Hewani Wind Energy Farm
In Kajiado County, Kenya, the 100MW Emarti Hewani Wind Energy Farm is in the final stages of the feasibility phase. Located south of Kenya Marble Quarry approximately 90km southwest of Nairobi, the facility has a capacity factor of more than 40% and is capable of generating more than 350GWh per annum.

The project has Environmental Authorisation, as well as the other necessary permits for the whole facility. Construction by a third party is due to start in April 2023.
