Seriti Green is a proudly South African vertically integrated diversified renewable energy company that is leading the Just Energy Transition, delivering power to Eskom, the region and local mines, while decarbonising and transitioning industries, employees and communities into a new energy landscape.
With a South African team, local shareholders and capital, as well as 60% black ownership in an industry dominated by international names, Seriti Green is best in class, with the capability of rolling out The JET at scale through combined access to land, capital and infrastructure, in the context of a national emergency.
Core to our approach is the engagement of stakeholders with a consistent and transparent narrative that builds trust and collaboration to support our mission. Our aim is to be a leading black-owned independent renewable energy producer that unlocks Africa’s potential by developing, constructing, and operating large-scale renewable energy projects in South Africa and across the African continent.
